General Questions

We serve all regions of Muskoka such as Huntsville, Parry Sound, Gravenhurst, etc. We also serve the Niagara region on some dates. 

Please give us a call and we’ll let you know if we are in your area.

You should fill out the contact form on our website, send us an email or book directly through our website. The fastest way of contact is by phone.

We are available for services from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. If you need service outside of this timeframe, you must contact us by phone. Please note that same day service is subject to availability.

Yes, we are fully licensed and professional plumbers with many years experience in the field.

We accept cash, cheque and Interac® e-transfer. We are looking into payment options by debit and credit in the future.

Emergency Questions

Please note that our normal hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Although we may be able to offer emergency repairs, we cannot guarantee a timeframe. We suggest all service bookings to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Although contacting us by phone is the quickest option, please avoid calling after 5pm during the week or on weekends. We are happy to help from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
